to your body's metabolism. It's as simple as that. By increasing your
metabolism, anything you do to reduce your weight becomes much more
effective. What you need to do is choose foods that increase metabolism.
And with the proper diet, you can do just that. You get to eat healthy
carbs, plenty of vegetables and fruits, and as much meat as you want,
and you lose weight in the process. If you have ever considered why
there are some people who seem to be able to eat as much as they want
without weight gain, you know their secret now. It's their metabolism.

A slow metabolism can cause many problems for you, the least of which is
weight gain. It can cause major health problems that you really don't

OK, how do you put your metabolism into high gear? You have to do two
things: Build muscle mass and have a weight loss regimen that focuses on
foods that increase metabolism. These foods will assist in burning fat.
You can do the latter by utilizing a "shifting calories" program.
Shifting calories enables you to accelerate your weight loss far more
quicker than with a normal diet. What you need to do is change the types
of calories you consume during the day. You can eat as much as you want.
However, you can only have certain types of food at each meal. For
example, during one meal, you might only be able to eat dairy products.
Then, your next meal might be just heatlhy carbs, such as bread, plus a
good portion of meat. Believe it or not, this ultimately achieves the
fat burning that you have been looking for.
This method works by allowing your body to make up for the lack of one
nutrient by tapping into its fat reserves. And then you introduce the
missing nutrient back into your diet, but the fat burning process has
already started. Then, you change your diet again to fake your body out
and make it burn even more fat, creating a cyclical fat burning mode
that continues indefinitely. You can still eat food, but you are losing
weight, and the end result makes you feel good enough to not have the
desire cheat. It's an excellent diet with great results.
