Diane Lane at Cinema Verite Premiere

Taking care of some promotional duties, Diane Lane and James Gandolfini were spotted at the Hollywood premiere of Cinema Verite on April 11. The Unfaithful actress and the Sopranos star showed up at the Paramount Theater for the HBO-hosted shindig, posing together for the paparazzi.

According to a press release, Cinema Verite tells the behind-the-scenes story of the groundbreaking 12-hour PBS documentary series An American Family, which chronicled the lives of the Louds in the early 1970s and catapulted the Santa Barbara family to notoriety while creating a new genre: the reality TV series.

Cinema Verite looks to be quite the undertaking, and also stars Patrick Fugit, Thomas Dekker, Tim Robbins, and Kathleen Quinlan.
